Travel Flow Co was built by someone who understands both sides of the business: the creativity it takes to serve clients well and the operational structure it takes to grow sustainably.
Before launching my travel agency, I had zero background in the travel industry beyond planning trips for friends and family. And as every advisor quickly learns, booking vacations casually and running a successful travel business are two completely different things.
I built my agency from the ground up through systems, processes, operational strategy, and a relentless focus on creating an exceptional client experience. Today, my travel business is a thriving luxury travel agency built almost entirely through referrals, repeat clients, and streamlined backend operations that support consistent growth year after year.
But operations and efficiency have always been at the core of everything I do.
Prior to entering the travel industry, I co-owned a project management firm where we built the business from scratch, designing the operations, workflows, sales strategy, and business structure from the ground up. Before that, I worked for a large global firm as a project manager on teams responsible for multi-million dollar projects, where precision, organization, communication, and execution mattered at every level.
I’ve also owned and operated multiple other businesses over the years, including an art studio, which taught me just as much about customer experience, creativity, and entrepreneurship as it did business operations.
Across every business, one thing remained consistent: my strength has always been creating structure that allows businesses to run more efficiently, scale more smoothly, and deliver a more polished experience.

I created these systems because I saw too many travel advisors wasting countless hours reinventing workflows, piecing together disconnected processes, and trying to figure out Tern entirely on their own. I know what it feels like to start with nothing. I also know how transformative the right systems can be once everything finally clicks into place.
