A Note on How This System Is Built

Every bundle inside Travel Flow Co was intentionally designed to work together seamlessly. Before exploring destination or specialty packs, here are a few important things to know so you can get the most out of your purchase.

Start with The Foundations Pack

The Foundations Pack is the core of the entire system and is highly recommended as your starting point. Every client, regardless of destination, cruise line, or resort, moves through the same essential communication and workflow process. The Foundations Pack was built to create a consistent, polished experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.

If you already have a strong set of core client communications and workflows in place that you’re happy with, you may not need The Foundations Pack.

Designed to Layer

Destination, cruise, and specialty bundles are designed to layer on top of The Foundations Pack, allowing you to expand and customize your workflows based on the types of trips you book most often.

No Disruption to Active Bookings

The system is intentionally structured using separate workflows for destinations, cruise lines, and theme parks rather than combining everything into one master workflow. This allows you to update and refine individual workflows without impacting every active trip already in progress inside Tern.

Built Exclusively for Tern

All templates, workflows, forms, and automations are built specifically for Tern users. An active Tern account is required before purchasing.

If purchasing integration services, temporary access to your Tern account will be required in order to complete the setup. A background check has been completed and documentation is available upon request.

A Note on Updates

Travel is always moving, and so are these packs. For all destination and specialty packs, I provide updates whenever something meaningful changes. Think booking windows, policy shifts, supplier updates, or anything that would affect how you use the templates with your clients. Updates are included with your purchase at no additional cost. Note: The Foundations Pack covers core client communication workflows that don't typically change with supplier or destination shifts, so updates are not applicable to that pack.
