Travel Flow Co provides ready-to-use systems, workflows, and operational tools designed specifically for travel advisors using Tern. Everything is built from real systems used inside a successful luxury travel agency and designed to help you create a more streamlined, polished, and consistent business without building everything from scratch.
You can purchase individual template packs or choose a collection that fits your specialty. Each pack includes the tools you need to run that specific area of your business without starting from scratch.

Start with The Foundations Pack. It is designed to be the entry point for every buyer, regardless of which specialties you plan to add later. It sets up your core client communication system so everything else builds on a solid base.
From there, layer in the packs that match your business:
Browse the individual packs and collections in the shop
Purchase what fits your specialty — or grab The Complete Collection for everything at once
Download and import your templates directly into Tern
Add the integration service if you want it handled for you
Not sure where to start? The Foundations Pack is always the right first move. Every other bundle is designed to layer on top of it.
If you already have a core set of templates, automations, and workflows you can purchase any of the other packs and build from there.

What’s included in the integration services?
Each pack includes a combination of professionally designed templates, systems and operational tools built specifically for travel advisors.
Depending on the pack, this may include:

Each collection is organized by travel specialty so you can choose the systems that best align with your business and the types of trips you book most often.
The Foundations Pack covers your core new client process and is the recommended starting point. Specialty bundles build on that foundation with templates specific to that travel type — the destinations, the nuances, and the client questions that are unique to that category.
Every bundle is built for Tern and ready to implement as soon as you have access.
The integration service takes the pack or collection you purchased and sets it up inside your Tern account. You are not handed files and left to figure it out. The work is done for you.
Each integration includes:
Full setup of all templates, workflows, automations, tasks, and forms in your Tern account
Everything configured and ready to use from day one
Email support throughout the process so you can ask questions as they come up
Integration is available for each pack and collection. The Complete Collection integration includes 30-day email support. All others include 14-day support.
Integration will take 2-4 weeks depends on the pack or collection you purchased.
I will need access to your Tern account to set everything up properly.
Additional customization beyond what is included in your bundle is available at $150 per hour.

Yes. For all destination and specialty packs, I provide updates whenever something meaningful changes — supplier policies, booking timelines, how certain programs work, anything that would affect how you use the templates in your business.
When an update is available, you'll be notified by email (buyers are added to my list at purchase) and I'll also post updates on the Travel Flow Co. Facebook page so nothing slips through the cracks.
Updates are included with your original purchase. There is no additional charge.
The Foundations Pack is built around core client communication workflows that aren't impacted by destination or supplier changes, so updates are not applicable to that pack.
